Black Pigeon Studios asked me to create a mural that would represent their mission; to bring the vibe of LA's film industry back to Grand Rapids. With pigeons and film equipment in mind I came up with these goofy human like pigeons that are surrounded by items you'd find on a film set. Throughout the mural there are little odes to the people that work there from phrases they use to the clothes they wear. With the limitations of black and white paint I added stars pigeon poop and checkers to make each section pop.
